Pre-registered for the Conference?

All conference materials, including conference badge and tickets, will be distributed on-site, beginning on Sunday afternoon. Bring your confirmation letter or picture ID to pick up your conference materials at the conference registration booth on the 1st floor of the Marriott Oakland Convention Center.

Other Registration Information

One-Day Registration. For those unable to attend the full conference, we are pleased to offer the option of a single-day registration for any of the three days of the conference. See registration form for details.

Late Registration. March 15, 2016 is the deadline for advance registration. After the deadline, all registrations MUST be processed on-site.

Registration Amenities

Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, operations, and printing costs. Registration fees do not cover sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and bag inserts. NCSM sponsors supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last.

Function Tickets

Through the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to offer several meal functions during the conference. Tickets to each function are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis with conference registration. To avoid disappointment, be sure to register and request your function tickets early. If you do not receive a ticket for an event you would like to attend, check the program book at the conference for details on waiting line procedures.

Please request tickets only to the functions you will attend. If your plans change and you have a ticket you are unable to use, please return it to the on-site registration booth as soon as possible, so that we can accommodate others who would like to attend. We appreciate your cooperation in making these functions run smoothly.

PLEASE NOTE! Function ticket numbers are provided by sponsors of each event. Should there be a change in sponsored events, you will be notified via email.

Payment Options

Conference registration and membership dues may be paid by check, cash, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Purchase orders will be accepted for conference registration and dues, with a valid P.O. number included on the registration form. Please note that payment is due in full by March 15, 2016, and that an invoice will NOT be sent. Do NOT send credit card information through email.

Cancellations

If you must cancel your conference registration, please notify the NCSM Office immediately. Cancellations must be made in writing (either electronically or by mail) by March 15, 2016 to be eligible for registration fee refund, less 25%. Memberships cannot be cancelled, and membership dues are not refundable. If you pay for your membership fee via a purchase order, payment must still be sent to the NCSM even if the registration has been cancelled.

Membership Information

Keep your membership current by completing your renewal along with your conference registration. If your NCSM membership expires before April 30, 2016, you must renew in order to register for the conference at the discounted member rate.
