Hotel Reservation Information

The host hotel for NCSM’s 55th Annual Conference is the Westin Washington, DC Downtown (formerly Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown) located at 999 9th Street NW, Washington, DC, 20001. Attendees are responsible for managing hotel reservations. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, along with a first-night room deposit. Please contact the hotel directly to book, modify, or cancel hotel reservations.

The NCSM group block is available to book via the Westin link unit October 10, 2023 or the block is sold out.

Note: On October 4, 2023, the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel rebranded to the Westin Washington, DC Downtown hotel. It is the same building with a spectacular new renovation that is sure to enhance your NCSM conference experience! If you booked a room at this hotel, your confirmation number did not change. Westin, like the Renaissance, is a part of the Marriott corporation so your Marriott Bonvoy benefits continue to apply.
