Provided leadership as NCSM transitioned from the planned, face-to-face annual conference in Atlanta, to a virtual "Beyond the Conference" series that launches on September 20, 2021 and will continue through December of 2021.

The 2021 Summer Leadership Academy was held virtually June 28-30, 2021. Thank you to our generous sponsor, Amplify Math. This three-day seminar supported leaders as they developed a strategic plan personalized to their vision for math instruction and coaching. Mathematics leaders were equipped to develop a shared vision for mathematics instruction, implement high leverage teaching strategies, develop coaching structures, and monitor student learning for ALL students through an equity lens.
